Last I heard Mirimax had dropped the rights to distribute the film because there was some stuff on there that they didn't want to have anything to do with or something to the effect. Don't quote me on that, however they did drop the distribution of the film. So currently they are looking for a distributor, if they can't find one, its going to be hard to see it. It won't be in theaters and it won't be on DVD if no one wants to distribute it.

I heard Mirimax was going to take it but Disney(?) said they couldn't.

Not sure how valid that is, just what I heard.
